Sennheiser PX100 Review
In my opinion Sennheiser are one of the top manufacturers of quality headphones. I've owned a couple of pairs over the years and I've always found the sound quality and durability to be excellent which makes them tremendous value for money. The Sennheiser PX100 headphones are one of my favorite models that the company make for several reasons. Firstly, they come in a very sturdy carrying case where the headphones fold up just like they were sunglasses making them easy to transport if you're planning to take them with you on your travels. Sennheiser calls this fold and flip technology and it simply means you can fold them up and put them in your pocket if you want. I think it's a great way to deal with the problem of having sturdy headphones rather than earbuds but still making them small enough that they're easy to transport. If they can fit in your pocket then that's an added bonus.

I love the look of them with the silver headband and Sennheiser logo embossed across the top. The headband also comes fitted with extra padding to cushion the headphones when they are placed on your head. A great feature that improves to comfort of the Sennheiser PX100 headphones especially if you plan to wear them for any length of time.
Compared to the earbuds that will come with your iPad or iPhone, the sound quality is exceptional. It really is in a different league. The thing that really surprised me was the level of bass that you can get from the Sennheiser PX100 headphones. For headphones that are sold for less than fifty dollars the bass is deep and clear. I found that I could also hear little things in songs that I hadn't heard before purely because of the clarity and crispness offered by the headphones.
Sennheiser PX100 Durability
The durability of the headphones is greatly increased thanks to the metal joints on the padded steel headband. If you drop them (which I have) then chances are they'll be fine when you go to pick them back up. The aim of these headphones is to have low distortion sound which I believe Sennheiser has managed without any problem. There's actually a special feature about the cable too. How special can a cable be I hear you ask? Well its superflexible even though its reinforced by Kevlar. Yes I said Kevlar! How durable is that?

n conclusion, for the cost the Sennheiser PX100 headphones are exceptional value for money. If you're planning on doing much traveling this year and want a durable set of headphones you won't go wrong with this model.
